1. Terms of Service
Governs access to and use of Kumari AI's website, applications, and related services.
i. Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years old or meet the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
ii. Account Responsibilities
Users must safeguard credentials, provide accurate information, and update details promptly.
iii. AI-Generated Content
- No guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability of outputs
- Users bear sole responsibility for dissemination of AI-generated content
- Acknowledgment that AI models have limitations and may produce "hallucinations"
iv. Intellectual Property
- Kumari AI owns service intellectual property rights
- Users retain ownership of input provided and grant a license for service improvement
- Kumari AI hereby assigns to you all its right, title and interest in and to Output generated by the Service based on your Input
v. Limitation of Liability
- No liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Total liability capped at amounts paid in preceding 12 months
vi. Termination
Service access may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, with notice attempted except in severe cases.
vii. Changes to Terms
Material changes communicated via email or prominent notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
viii. Governing Law
Terms governed by Louisiana law; disputes resolved in Louisiana courts.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kumari AI:
- Illegal content creation or distribution
- Promotion of violence or harm
- Harassment or targeted abuse of individuals
- Cybersecurity misuse (e.g. malware, exploits)
- Jailbreaking or bypassing safety measures
- Automated data scraping
- Creating deepfakes or synthetic impersonations
- Impersonating other individuals or organizations
3. Refund & Cancellation
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Premium access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
No Refund Policy
All purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
