Cancelling Your Subscription
How to cancel your Pro plan and what happens to your credits and data
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time no hoops, no waiting.
How to Cancel
Open Account Settings
Click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner and select Account Settings.
Go to the Account tab
Your active plan is shown at the top of this section.
Click Cancel Subscription
Select Cancel Plan and confirm when prompted.
What Happens After You Cancel
- Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period you've already paid for it
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
- Your conversations, history, and Media library are preserved
- Any Custom Pack credits you've purchased are not lost they stay on your account and remain usable on the Free plan until depleted
No Refunds
Cancelling mid-period does not trigger a refund for the remaining days. All payments are final. See our Refund Policy.
Reactivating
You can reactivate Pro at any time from the Billing tab in Account Settings. Your account history will still be there.
