Answers to the most common account and login issues on Kumari AI

I can't log in what should I check?

Work through the following in order:

  1. Is your email verified? Unverified accounts cannot log in. If you skipped the OTP step during registration, complete email verification first.
  2. Are you using the right email? Make sure you're entering the same email you registered with. Try checking for a welcome or verification email to confirm which address you used.
  3. Is your password correct? Passwords are case-sensitive. If you're unsure, use the Password Reset flow to set a new one.
  4. Is your account suspended? If you've violated our Acceptable Use Policy, your account may have been suspended. Contact support@kumari.ai for clarification.

I didn't receive my OTP / verification email

  • Wait up to one minute delivery is usually instant but can occasionally be delayed
  • Check your spam or junk folder verification emails sometimes get filtered
  • Make sure the email you registered with is correct and accessible
  • On the verification screen, click Resend Code to get a fresh OTP

Each OTP is valid for 10 minutes. If it expires, you must request a new one. See Email Verification for the full flow.


My OTP keeps saying it's invalid

You have 3 attempts to enter the correct OTP. After 3 failed attempts, the code is invalidated and you must request a new one via Resend Code.

Also note that each time you click Resend Code, the previous OTP is immediately invalidated. Make sure you're entering the most recently received code, not an older one.


Reset links are single-use and expire after 1 hour. If yours isn't working:

  • It may have already been used check if your password was actually changed
  • It may have expired go through the Password Reset flow again to get a new link
  • Make sure you're clicking the full link in the email some email clients truncate long URLs

I registered with the wrong email address

If you entered the wrong email and can't access it, you won't be able to complete verification. In that case, register again using the correct email address. If you need the original account removed, contact support@kumari.ai.


I failed the age verification check

Kumari AI requires users to be 13 years of age or older. If the date of birth you entered on first login shows you are under 13, access will not be granted. This cannot be overridden it is a firm platform requirement in line with our Terms of Service.


I'm logged out unexpectedly / my session keeps expiring

Sessions expire after a period of inactivity for security reasons. If you're being logged out more frequently than expected:

  • Check whether Sign Out All Devices was triggered recently from Account Settings
  • If you changed your password, all sessions are invalidated automatically
  • Persistent unexpected logouts may indicate an account security issue review your active sessions immediately

Can I log in with Google or another social provider?

Yes. Kumari AI supports the following sign-in methods:

  • Google
  • GitHub
  • Apple
  • Email and password

You can use any of these to create or access your account. If you signed up with a social provider, always use that same method to log back in.


Can I change the email address on my account?

Email changes are not currently supported. Your registered email address is fixed at the time of account creation. If you have a specific concern regarding your email, contact support@kumari.ai.


Can I have multiple accounts?

There is no restriction on creating multiple accounts, provided each uses a unique email address and meets the age requirement. However, plan purchases and credits are tied to individual accounts and cannot be merged or transferred between them.


How do I delete my account?

Self-service account deletion is not available. Accounts on Kumari AI are permanent unless actioned by our team.

Accounts may be permanently banned if they are found to be in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. A banned account loses all access to the platform and cannot be reinstated.


My account was suspended what happened?

Accounts are suspended for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy. If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact support@kumari.ai with your registered email address and a brief explanation. We review all suspension appeals.
